Welcome to CCPS Band 2020.
Please use this page to select each of the fee types you are required to pay and “Add to Cart”. Once complete, click the “Checkout” link on the right hand side of the page to be taken to the checkout page and then to PayPal.
1. Band Fees
This includes registration and band camp. Select “1st Child” and “Add to Cart”.
If you have more than one child participating in band this year, use the “Subsequent children” option to add one or more additional sets of fees to your cart.
2. Instrument Hire
Instrument hire does not include items such as neck straps, harnesses, reeds. Add qty of instruments you will be hiring, remembering that if a single child is hiring two instruments they receive a discount on their second hire … select “2nd instrument” before adding to cart.
3. Percussion
All percussionists must pay a fee for usage of the school percussion equipment.
New students fee includes new mallet set and levy. Current students pay levy only.
4. Band supervision
This is now payable by all families as the band relies on volunteers.
This is refundable at the end of the year (or can be rolled forward until the end of your child’s time with band) after you have fulfilled rehearsal supervision (1-2 supervision rehearsals per term) and camp duty roles throughout the year.
This is a financial incentive to be involved in your child’s band and to ensure all bands have parent supervision at all rehearsals.
