P&C Fees Now Due
We have now reached our extended deadline for payment of P&C fees and would appreciate having all fees paid as soon as possible so we can move forward with our P&C funded programs within the school. You can visit the website here to pay online using credit card or send your form to the school office for us to collect and process. We are grateful for the positive response to this years fee request and hope that our new format info pack has given you a greater understanding of our funding program within the school. We look forward to giving an update in the coming weeks on how this money is being spent and ongoing initiatives we are working on. You can see on the home page of the P&C website we have a tally of funds raised so you are able to track where we are up to with all fundraising within the P&C.
Harmony Day is being held on this coming Tuesday 18th March. Please remember to wear orange or a traditional costume which represents your culture. Students, if able to, can bring a SMALL plate of traditional food to share. This does not have to be enough for the entire class but just a small portion that others may enjoy if they choose. Please also remember to provide nut FREE food and bring your gold coin donation. Please see the note that come home last week for further information.
I will be sending home a note Monday about our next P&C fundraising activity which is sushi day. We will be taking orders either via our online system or by cash to the silver box in the office. I am looking for 6-8 parents who are able to help me on the day to distribute the sushi between the hours of 12 midday – 2pm on the 2nd April. Please email me if you are able to help out on the day.
Thank you to the Blackwell Family who hosted the Year 1 Cocktail Party on Saturday evening! Year two will be holding their party on Saturday 29th March and then the following weekend years 5 & 6 are having a joint get together to end off the term. Bookings for these two events are now being taken via the P&C website here.
Finally many thanks to Mrs Sullivan for helping out at the disco last week – I left her out of last weeks note when thanking our great teachers for helping on the night! Thanks once again to everyone who supported the disco – we raised a fantastic $2,100.
