A very big thank you to the school community for such a wonderful and supportive start to our P&C social and fundraising events after Friday’s Welcome Afternoon Tea.
Our Senior families provided a fabulous afternoon tea that kicked off our fundraising efforts with $1,700.00 being raised – such an incredible start. Thank you to Senior Class & Year Co-ordinators Tracey, Charlotte, Romi, Katy, Catriona and Kerri for their hard work.
The year six kids also had a great afternoon selling friendship bracelets, lucky dips, hair feathers and as well as face painting and coloured hair spraying – they were successful in raising $300.00 – Congratulations!
Activities on the oval were also greatly supported and we hope those of you wanting to join new teams this year were able to find out about our local soccer and football clubs.
This coming Wednesday is the School Information Night between 5.30-7.30pm. A note came home from school earlier in the week with locations and times for your year group but please let me know if you did not receive the email and I will forward it on to you.
At our P&C AGM last Tuesday evening we re-elected our office bearers for 2014. Please visit the contacts page on the website to see a list of our current volunteers. Thank you to everyone who came along and put their hand up to be part of our great team.
